1. DEFINITIONS

HOORAY takes all necessary technical andadministrative measures in accordance with the PDP legislation in order toprevent unauthorized access to users' personal data, incorrect processing,disclosure, unlawful alteration/deletion of your personal data, and to ensureits protection and security.
Your personal data in the event that thereare retention periods stipulated by legal regulations regarding the retentionof your personal data within the scope of the relevant processing process, yourdata will be stored for such periods.
Your personal data will be deleted,destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the PDP legislation in accordancewith our Company's Personal Data Protection and Privacy Procedure and PersonalData Storage and Destruction Procedures in the event that the period stipulatedin the relevant legal regulation or required for the purpose for which it isprocessed expires or if your deletion requests are concluded positively.

5. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTSLISTED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE PDPL
The rights ofnatural persons whose data are processed are listed in Article 11 of the laware as follows;
- Learn whether or not her/hispersonal data have been processed;
- Request information as toprocessing if her/his data have been processed;
- Learn the purpose of processingof the personal data and whether data are used in accordance with theirpurpose;
- Know the third parties in thecountry or abroad to whom personal data have been transferred;
- Although it has been processedin accordance with the provisions of the PDPL and other relevant laws, torequest the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that thereasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of thetransaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data istransferred,
- Object to occurrence of anyresult that is to her/his detriment by means of analysis of personal dataexclusively through automated systems;
- Request compensation for thedamages in case the person incurs damages due to unlawful processing ofpersonal data.
